Product Description
   The scenario for this work, "The Owl Lurking in the Dusk and Subaru at Dawn," is written by Momono Zappa, who won the 67th Edogawa Rampo Prize for "Rouko Zanmu."

The character design, CG, and original drawings are handled by U35, who was the character designer for the TV anime "Aquatope of White Sand."

The world of authentic mystery drawn by Momono Zappa and the transparent characters drawn by U35 will be fused together!!

The theme song that colors the story will be sung by Ito Kanako, who is also well known for the theme songs for "Higurashi When They Cry Kizuna" and "STEINS;GATE."

The mysterious atmosphere and the fast-paced music match well with Ito Kanako's singing voice, and are a major point in shaping the worldview of this work.

Scenario writer
Momono Zappa
Scenario writer and novelist. He works in all areas of writing. He made his debut as a novelist when he won the 67th Edogawa Rampo Prize for "Rouko Zanmu." He has written many works as a game scenario writer and novelist.

Character design and original art: U35-sensei
Illustrator. Currently working on books, manga, character design, etc. His appeal is the refreshing colors of his characters and the atmosphere they exude. He likes the summer season and boys and girls.

Theme song: Ito Kanako-sensei
A singer who recharges her energy by visiting the sea in summer and mountain hot springs in winter. He continues to release music that transcends labels and genres, mainly focusing on theme songs for games and anime, and has released numerous tie-up singles and original albums. His energetic live performances have taken him not only to Japan but also overseas, and he has gained a large fan base. He believes in the potential of "singing ability," "music," and "stories," and is working hard to spread it to the world!

Story
The story is set during winter at Seibunka Private Academy in Asahikawa, Hokkaido, northern Japan. The protagonist Sakaki Subaru and his childhood friend Takamura Honoka are excited about the final Christmas party of their school days. However, their happy days are suddenly wiped away by sudden news. They are informed that their best friend, Miyaba Yashiro, and their homeroom teacher, Yuri Asuka, have been murdered.

What's more, their best friend, Shinozaki Manyo, has been arrested as the culprit. Subaru and Honoka believe Manyo to be innocent and begin an investigation to uncover the truth behind the incident, but behind the scenes, someone deeply connected to Subaru and Honoka's "certain secret" is pulling the strings.
